−65dBm

Wi-Fi designed, surveyed and proven to standard.

Predictive design, on-site surveys and post-installation validation for hotels, venues and commercial buildings. We design every network to a −65 dBm coverage target, the benchmark used by leading international hotel brands, and prove it with the survey data.

From blank floor plan to signed-off network

We plan and survey with Ekahau AI Pro, the industry-standard toolset for enterprise Wi-Fi. Every recommendation we make is based on modelled or measured data.

Predictive design

A full RF model built from your floor plans and wall materials, with AP quantities, placement, channel and power plans before any hardware is bought.

Pre-deployment surveys

AP-on-a-stick surveys that measure how the actual building behaves, for listed buildings, thick walls and anywhere a model alone won’t do.

Validation surveys

A post-installation survey that proves the network meets the design: signal, SNR, overlap and data rates, documented room by room.

Troubleshooting

Spectrum analysis and survey data to find the real cause of dead spots, interference, poor roaming and “the Wi-Fi is slow” complaints.

Brand-standard compliance

Designs and validation reports to the Wi-Fi standards international hotel brands set for their properties, ready to submit for sign-off.

Installation support

Help with deployment and commissioning for clients and integrators, so what goes on the ceiling matches what was designed.

How we work

A clear, repeatable process

  1. Brief

Requirements, user density, applications and the standard to design to.

  2. Plans

Scaled floor plans, wall types and any existing network data.

  3. Model

Predictive design in Ekahau AI Pro, reviewed with you.

  4. Survey

    On-site measurement, AP-on-a-stick or pre-deployment.

  5. Report

Heatmaps, AP plan, bill of materials and recommendations.

  6. Validate

Post-install survey to prove the network meets the design.

Who we work with

Direct, or as part of your team

We work directly for property owners and operators, and as a subcontractor to integrators and managed service providers who need specialist design and survey capacity.

  • Hotel owners & operators. Designs and validation reports to brand standards, plus independent checks on contractor work.
  • Integrators & MSPs. White-label design and survey work, delivered to your schedule and under your branding if you need it.
  • Venues & commercial buildings. High-density areas, conference spaces, offices and warehouses.

FAQ

Common questions

Why −65 dBm?

−65 dBm is the coverage level most enterprise and hospitality standards specify for reliable voice, video and roaming. Above it, devices hold higher data rates and roam cleanly between APs; below it, performance drops off quickly. We design to it as a minimum, not an average.

Do I need a predictive design or an on-site survey?

Usually both, at different stages. A predictive design is fast and sets the budget and AP count. A pre-deployment survey confirms how the actual building behaves where a model can’t be trusted, and a validation survey proves the result after installation.

What do you need from us to quote?

Floor plans (PDF or CAD), the number of floors and rough area, the type of building and what the network needs to support. If you already have a vendor or brand standard in mind, tell us that too.

Which hardware do you design for?

We regularly design for Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, Aruba (HPE) and Ubiquiti UniFi, and can model most enterprise access points.

Do you work outside the UK?

Yes. We mostly work across the UK and Ireland, and take on international projects. Predictive design can be delivered remotely from anywhere.

Can you work under our company name?

Yes. For integrators and MSPs we can deliver reports under your branding and work as part of your project team.
