Who we are

minus65 is a trading name of Into IT Support Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 10696045), registered office 48 St Leonards Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN40 1JB. What we collect

When you contact us or use our quote form, we collect the information you give us:

• Your name, company, email address and phone number
• Details about your project and site, and any files you upload (such as floor plans)
• The content of any correspondence with us

Our web host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

How and why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To deliver services you’ve engaged us for. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• To keep business and accounting records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
• To keep the website secure. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.

We don’t sell your data, use it for automated decision-making, or send you marketing unless you’ve asked us to.

Who we share it with

We only share personal data with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Zen Internet) and our email provider (Microsoft 365), or where the law requires us to. These providers act on our instructions. If any data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don’t become projects for up to 2 years. We keep client and project records for 6 years after the end of the project, in line with UK accounting and legal requirements. After that, we delete them securely.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (free of charge)
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased, or its use restricted
• Object to how we use it, and to data portability where applicable

This website doesn’t use cookies. It has no analytics, advertising or tracking, and doesn’t load fonts or scripts from third parties. If that changes, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.
